All outgoings – electricity/gas/water (please note electricity is super expensive in Vanuatu so if you use excessive electricity by leaving lights and fans on while out you will be charged extra 1000vt/day)

Onsite house manager/staff – Willie and his wife Marie live just nearby and can be contacted in case of a problem with the house on 7788590. Marie can organise extra cleans if required. All up this is great value for money accommodation for Espiritu Santo Island and the Turtle Bay area.
What’s NOT Included:
Tour bookings – there is an extensive list of things to do on this website if you need advice along with dozens of informative blogs – our accommodation is for independent travellers NOT needy travellers! If youre after a boat ride to the neaby islands call Chief Johnny 7358478
Airport pick-ups or drop offs – we recommend Jubly for taxi service 7106846 or John for taxi/car hire 7750418 or Luke at Paradise Tours for tours/4WD hire 7747159. Local transports go by every day and cost 300vt one way to town – just stand on the road and flag one down.
Food – if you don’t want to cook yourself you can wander up to nearby Turtle Lodge or order in via Natanara Kitchen (Look them up on Facebook), a great local catering service. Fresh fruit/vegetable markets are located in Luganville along with supermarkets and stores.
Wifi – you can supply your own through Vodaphone with a local Sim card or we can provide you with Onsite Satellite Internet for $30 week (or 2500vt)
Additional Room Clean (dishes/floors/sheets) – we can provide this for you for an additional $25 AUD or 2000vt per service
Laundry Service – we can wash your clothes for you for an extra 2000vt per load (ask Marie/Willie to organise).

Idyllic waterfront location
What a fantastic place.
This beach house is absolute waterfront, with it’s own jetty, complete with outdoor dining facilities. The kitchen has everything you could need for both indoor and outdoor dining. 2 bathrooms and good size bedrooms. The area is very peaceful and feels safe. We also had the use of push bikes, snorkelling gear, kayaks and board games. Excellent laundry is attached to the property. The giant hammock that overhangs the water was a family favourite.
Willie was a great contact for taxi and day trips.
Perfect cottage right beside the sea
We loved staying at Turtle Bay Beach House in Turtle Cottage. The accommodation is in a great location – as well as being in a prime spot to kayak to a blue hole – you can even see the sunrise over the sea from the bed! Access to town, other resorts for dinner is easy. The cottage itself is beautifully designed, with everything you could need,allowing for self-catering (with fresh food from the supermarket/market in town). Alex the host is very helpful, and along with Willie and his family made us feel very welcome, helping us with our day trips. Would love to stay again and highly recommend!
Coastal tropical paradise
We (2 adults plus 2 kids) stayed in the beach house. It has a simple yet great design. There a re two bedrooms at both ends of the house connected by a generous living / kitchen area. …
We stayed 8 nights and we ate out most evenings. There are some nearby resorts that you can eat at. The closest is Turtle Bay Lodge, which you can walk to. Others within close proximity include Sunrise Beach Resort and the Black Pearl (good pizza) ..
The house is very well equipped with kayaks and stand up paddle boards.
· Great facilities, right on the water with good quality snorkels and kayaks free for use at any time. Alex was a very welcoming and friendly host who helped us look into a few different day trips around the island and arranging trips to town was as easy as a phone call from the communal phone. You can even kayak from your front door through the lagoon up a river to one of the local blue holes which was amazing.
