Villa 1 is located at Turtle Bay Tree House (approx. 30m away from Turtle Bay Beach House) and is one of two side-by-side villas. Highlights include an overwater walkway leading to a private, all tide swim platform and a large ocean facing balcony all surrounded by tropical gardens and giant trees (hence its Tree House name). The villa has two spacious bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen with a massive island bench, a generous living/dining area and 4m+ high ceilings. Expect all the mod-cons (dishwasher, optional air-con in main bedroom, Starlink internet, filtered water) plus free use of a shared laundry. Onsite managers for security and convenience. Plus access to free watersports (kayaks & SUPs) at Turtle Bay Beach House.

Turtle Bay Tree House is a holiday house made up of 2 self contained villas. It is located approx. 30m away from Turtle Bay Beach House. Common spaces are shared unless whole property is booked out.

A minimum 3 night booking is required. We may consider shorter bookings if we have availability and space so please contact us direct for shorter stays. The property is non-smoking indoors (smoking Ok outdoors).
