Our holiday house complex at Turtle Bay features two beautiful waterfront holiday houses (located approx. 30m apart) and four different accommodation options (1 &2 bedroom villas, a 2 bedroom beach house + 3 studio cottages). Which means we can cater for 2 to 20 people. Enjoy a range of resort-style amenities (overwater decks, ocean facing balconies and deepwater swim platforms) as well as free quality watersports gear (kayaks/SUPs), superfast Starlink internet and the convenience of onsite managers. All this for a bargain basement price (compared to nearby resorts). And our location at Turtle Bay? Wow, it’s truly spectacular! Nowhere else has as many islands, blue holes, beaches and reefs to explore – right on your doorstep. Best of all, Turtle Bay is sheltered from the strong SE trade winds that blow for half the year (unlike other areas of the east coast) so it’s a paddling and snorkelling paradise.

Sure, there’s probably a range of cheaper “local-style” bungalows and homestays on Espiritu Santo but there’s a big difference in cleanliness, quality, reliability, comfort and safety. As they say, you pay for what you get.

Turtle Bay Beach House is a holiday house complex made up of 3 self contained cottages + 2 bedroom Beach House. Book together or separately, whole property suitable for large groups, common spaces are shared unless whole property is booked out.

A minimum 3 night booking is required. We may consider shorter bookings if we have availability and space so please contact us direct for shorter stays. The property is non-smoking indoors (smoking Ok outdoors).
