What’s Included In Your Holiday House?

When you choose Turtle Bay Beach House for your holiday accommodation, you are choosing peace of mind – the best value holiday house Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu for the best possible price without compromising on comfort or cleanliness. Please note, however that unless you book out the whole property you will (most likely) be sharing your holiday house with other guests (ask us for a quote on the whole property HERE). There are a total of three cottages as well as a 2 bedroom beach house on the property which is absolute beachfront and covers around an acre of land at Turtle Bay (click HERE for Location info). Lush gardens separate the cottages from the house. Starfish Cottage is often rented by the owner and can be excluded from the whole property rental (unless you really need it!).

What’s Not Included

Air-con (you don’t need it – the house is designed to be cool and there is almost always an ocean breze)

Airport Pick Ups and Drop Offs – it’s up to you to organise this

Car Hire – as above 

Tour Booking Services

Daily Room Cleans and Linen Changes (we can do these but for an added cost)

Laundry Service (we can do this but for an added cost)

24 Hour Check-in or Concierge Services – our on-site managers work normal hours and have Saturdays off. Please only contact them after hours for an emergency or a pre-arranged check in.

Breakages/Loss of Household Goods – Please let the house managers know if you break or lose items in the house and replace them at your cost if possible. If we are constantly having to replace missing items we will have no choice but to put the prices up!
