24 Hour Check-in or Concierge Services – we do not provide this. Our on-site managers work normal hours and have Saturdays off. Please contact them after hours only for an emergency or for a pre-arranged check in. If you arrive after hours without contacting the managers ahead of time you may find yourself locked out!
Breakages/Loss of Household Goods – Please let the house managers know if you break or lose items in the house and replace them at your cost if possible. If we are constantly having to replace missing items we will have no choice but to put the prices up!

I stayed in Turtle Cottage, and you can literally feed the fish from your balcony, it’s so close to the water! Compared to some of the other bungalows I saw around Santo, it was large, clean and comfortable and had a fully kitted out kitchen.
