THE GARDENS
If you’ve been searching for a holiday house Santo Vanuatu with a lush garden leading directly onto the beach then stop searching – you’ve found it! You’ll love the fact the property boasts traditional sculptures and artwork, a large grassy area for kids to play on, a sandpit/sun lounge area, lots of tropical plants and even hammocks to laze around on. Your holiday house also features large shade trees and fruit trees, a kayak rack (besides Turtle Cottage) stuffed full of free watersports gear, a kayak jetty with an outdoor bamboo rain shower and access to a deepwater private beach (how good is that?).
THE AMENITIES
LAUNDRY
The laundry is free to use for all guests. It features 2 commercial washing machines, a large outdoor clothes line as well as undercover clothes lines in the nakamal and on the Beach House balcony (there are also folding clothes racks you can borrow). Also located in the laundry is a first aid kit and a house phone with a local SIM for your convenience. We provide all initial linen and towels. We do not do daily cleans or replace dirty linen however this can be requested for a small additional price.
NAKAMAL
Located directly behind Turtle Cottage, the traditional nakamal (meeting area) has a large seating area where you can relax in the shade or enjoy some quiet time away from the other guests. Our wifi is located in the nakamal so this is where you connect with the wider world. It is also the best area for picking up a phone signal via TVL.
OVERWATER DECK
Our overwater deck is huge and is the perfect place for a sunset cocktail, a dinner under the stars, or some turtle spotting during the day. It’s accessible to all guests and there is a fully set up BBQ area. The deck also features a giant “overwater” hammock area which can hold up to 4 adults and 2 kids. Turn on the spotlights to light up the giant Tamanu tree next to it or light up the nearby water to feed the fish.
KAYAK RAMP
We’ve installed a large kayak ramp to help you get your kayaks and stand up paddle boards to and from the beach with ease. A beautiful bamboo outdoor shower next to the ramp means you can rinse the sand and salt water off before you go to your room!
